Shipping & Returns
We are delivering to majority of European countries and to countries around the globe with DHL and GLS courier service.
All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. The shipping times vary depending on you country. Orders to Slovenia usually take from 1-2 business days after the parcel is dispatched, to arrive to your selected address. To all other European countries it usually takes from 3-7 business days, after it is dispatched from our office.
Delivery time excludes weekend, national and international holidays.
LOCAL PICK UP
Orders can also be picked up (free) at our office / showroom in Ljubljana (Tabor 14). Please contact us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule an appointment.
Tivoli can not be held responsible for customs fees or other taxes as determined by your country. They are not included in the shipping fee.

2. REFUND POLICY
We’re sure you’re going to love your new TIVOLI pieces, but if you unpack it and find out that it somehow does not meet your expectations and it isn’t right for you, you should send us an email to email@example.com immediately, so we can check and authorize the return. You have 7 working days from the delivery date to inform us about your order cancellation and 30 days to bring your return to the post (it needs to be postmarked within these 30 days).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please keep in mind that we are not able to directly exchange goods so if you decide you would like a different product you will need to return your order and place a new one. Once the goods are returned to us in the original and unused condition we will quality check them and process a refund for the goods. Depending on the original payment it may take a few weeks to see the refund on your account.
If you decide to return the purchased products, fill out the return form, provided on the web site and after send your items to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs and customs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
In an unlikely event that you receive a flawed product, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with images documenting the flaw you discovered within 7 working days of the delivery date. We will inspect each complaint individually and replace the flawed part if discovered that replacement should take place. We will cover the costs of product and shipping in such event.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
